Terms & Conditions
These terms and conditions outline the responsibilities of both the Landlord and the Tenant when renting a property owned by Mr. Fahad Saad Alshugair, ID: 1092030392. By agreeing to rent the property, both parties accept the following terms:
Condition of the Property
The Tenant agrees to return the apartment in good condition upon the end of the rental period. Any damages or uncleanliness, aside from normal wear and tear, may result in additional charges.
Care of the Property
The Tenant must take care of all items in the apartment, including bed sheets, furniture, appliances, and fixtures. Any damages, including stains on bed sheets, will incur a penalty of 100 SAR.
Prohibited Items
The Tenant must not bring any illegal or prohibited substances into the apartment. Any breach of this condition will lead to immediate termination of the rental agreement without refund.
Security Deposit
A security deposit of 100 SAR must be paid before moving in. This deposit will be refunded to the Tenant upon check-out, provided no damage is found and no penalties are incurred.
Subletting
Subletting the apartment is strictly prohibited. Any attempt to sublease will automatically void this agreement without the need for prior notice.
No Cancellations
Once a booking is confirmed, cancellations are not permitted. The full amount for the reserved stay will be charged, and no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
Check-In and Check-Out
Check-in time is at 3:00 PM, and check-out time is at 12:00 PM. Late check-outs may be subject to additional charges unless prior arrangements are made.
Maximum Occupancy
The number of guests staying in the apartment should not exceed the amount specified in the booking. Violation of this rule may result in additional charges or termination of the agreement.
House Rules
The Tenant must adhere to the house rules provided, including noise restrictions, maintaining cleanliness, and proper disposal of trash. Failure to do so may result in fines or eviction.
Governing Law
This agreement is governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any disputes arising from this agreement will be resolved in the courts of Riyadh.
By signing or accepting these terms electronically, both parties agree to be bound by this agreement.
